Congratulations! You're Halfway There!

A week goes by fast when you are detoxing!
The hard part is over. Starting today, you may begin to re-introduce seafood back into your diet if you choose to. You can also keep rolling with just veggies to intensify the detox. If you choose to have seafood, don't do it every day. You can still have some vegetable-only days in the upcoming week. Remember to keep track of your food and keep us updated on your progress in the Facebook Group.
