A week goes by fast when you are detoxing!
The hard part is over. Starting today, you may begin to re-introduce seafood back into your diet if you choose to. You can also keep rolling with just veggies to intensify the detox. If you choose to have seafood, don't do it every day. You can still have some vegetable-only days in the upcoming week. Remember to keep track of your food and keep us updated on your progress in the Facebook Group.

 Whether you were perfect everyday or you had some rough patches, the important thing is that you did it. You are now healthier than you were 14 days ago and that is something to celebrate. I highly recommend doing a little victory dance right now :-).
