For 5 days and four nights you will wake up to the most majestic ocean views in beautiful Negril, Jamaica. Your body will be nourished daily with fresh, natural island food. Your mind and spirit will be fed with stress-reduction workshops and luxury leisure activities each day in the company of other amazing people.

DAY 1
Welcome to Jamaica! Arrive at the Sangster International Airport (MBJ) in Montego Bay Jamaica. Get whisked away enjoy a relaxing, scenic, ride to the west coast of the island and arrive in beautiful Negril. After check-in, spend the afternoon lounging by the pool or exploring the perfectly manicured grounds hotel followed by our Welcome Dinner Party and our first FLOW workshop to kick things off.
DAY 2
Wake up to breath-taking views of the sparkling Caribbean Sea. Take part in the optional morning yoga or fitness classes then enjoy a healthy breakfast and get ready for our first workshop! Grab your beach towels and sun glasses because head out to have a luxury beach day experience that includes lunch and lounging. We return to the hotel for even more relaxation before we head out to a local spot for an open air, island-style dinner, dancing and music.

DAY 3
After fitness, breakfast and the morning workshop session, we are headed out to another relaxing outdoor adventure where we are going to be surrounded by nature in all her glory. Later, we will have a quick stop at a local craft market where you can browse and shop if you like. We will return to the hotel before going out to dinner to try more tasty local flavors.

DAY 4
Today, we take relaxation and lounging to new heights. After the usual morning routine, we will have dedicated time on-location spa services. Later that afternoon, enjoy our paint and sip workshop to explore your creative side while indulging in the robust flavors of different herbal teas. You can also choose to take a cooking class or simply soak up the sun while relaxing by the ocean. Get ready to dance under the stars at the ALL WHITE - Farewell dinner.
​DAY 5
It’s time to say goodbye to paradise and head back home knowing that you have been forever transformed by this beautifully indulgent experience. You will be taken to the airport by our drivers after checkout for your departing flight.

NEGRIL - Your experience will be centered around this small, rustic coastal town. Once known as a popular destination for pirates in the early 1700’s Negril’s claim to fame is it’s gorgeous, pristine, world-famous Seven- mile beach and warm turquoise waters. It is also the best place on the island to experience the legendary Jamaican sunsets. Negril has the well deserved reputation of being the place on the island where you go to ‘get away from it all’. That is precisely why it was chosen to be the location for this retreat experience.

1. Is a visa/passport required?
U.S. citizens and permanent residents do not require a visa to enter Jamaica. However, a valid passport that will be valid for at least 6 months after entry is required.
2. What airport should I purchase my flight for?
While Jamaica has two major international airports, the retreat location is closest to the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay. The complimentary round trip airport transfer included in your retreat package, is offered to this airport only.
3. Is the retreat refundable?
Due to prepaid vendor contracts, deposits and payments for this event are non-refundable. By purchasing the retreat package, you agree to the no refund policy. Life happens so we strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance incase of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies that will prevent you from traveling. There are many travel insurance companies that also provide medical coverage when traveling. Here are two popular companies that you can look into: www.travelguard.com and www.allianztravelinsurance.com.
4. What’s the currency in Jamaica?
Jamaica uses Jamaican Dollars. You can get Jamaican dollars using your debit card at most local ATMs. Many vendors also accept a credit or debit card.
5. Do you need a credit card on file with the hotel?
Yes, when you check in, the hotel policy requires a credit card to be kept on file for incidentals and potential damages. Your card will not be charged unless you add charges to your room.
6. What are the different room options?
Due to the set up of the location, there are 6 different categories of rooms and that difference is reflected in the various price packages. Because this is an exclusive luxury hotel, there are only a few rooms with 2 beds. All rooms, despite the category are very large and are double occupancy with one king bed. If you chose the double occupancy option, the two people occupying the room have to pay together. We will not be able to assign roommates. Please select two of the same tickets if you are paying for double occupancy. If you wish to have a private room, simply pay the single occupancy rate for the category of room that you would like.
7. Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is for individuals, friends or couples who are looking for a break from the regular hustle and bustle so they can truly relax and recharge on a deeper level.
8. What’s the language in Jamaica?
The official language of the island is English. There is however a local dialect known as patios which is a variation of English.
9. What are the payment options?
You may pay in full for the best rate possible. There is a pay in full bonus that includes a VIP Spa Beach Massage and a Private Photoshoot! There is a flexible payment plan available with a $500 per person deposit. Please select 2 tickets if you choose double occupancy. Monthly payments are determined based on the date of the initial deposit. They are automatically drafted and you will have the opportunity to select either monthly or bi-weekly payments after you register. The final payments will be collected by October 1, 2020.
10. Is there a spa?
Yes. Spa treatments are available for purchase per individual request. Retreat attendees enjoy 10% off Spa treatments.

11. What about alcohol?
Alcoholic beverages are not included in your retreat package. If you wish to have drinks, the retreat venue and most locations that we visit will have fully stocked bars for your convenience.

12. How far away from the airport is the retreat venue?
The retreat location is about 90 minutes to 2 hours away from the airpot depending on the time of day. You should plan to arrive at the venue by about 4 p.m. on November 5, 2020.
