Your follow up frequency will be based on your goals and current health status. 6 follow up sessions are included in your initial fee. After your first 90 days or if you need more sessions sooner, they may be purchased as needed once you are a member. Sessions range between $120 and $195 depending on the option you select. As your body changes, your recommendations change and your coach guides you through each transition.
