Eat Balanced Meals! This should simply include your vegetables, protein, and healthy fats like olive oil or avocados.
Exercise Regularly! Walking, jogging, swimming, and/ or playing sports are all great ideas to get your body moving daily. Exercising for at least 30 minutes a day can help reduce blood sugars up to 24 hours after a workout.
Drink More Water!!! Water helps control blood glucose levels and is an excellent substitute for sugary drinks like soda and juice.
