Thanksgiving Survival Guide

Thanksgiving is literally tomorrow and I wanted to send this out as soon as possible because it's one of the most dangerous days of the year. Thanksgiving has been ruining diets, increasing waistlines, and causing sugar comas since the tradition began in 1863.

While this is a festive occasion that brings families together to focus on gratitude and give thanks for all the good things in life, Thanksgiving has taken on another meaning altogether. It has become a designated time of overeating. Many people are having a scaled-down version of Thanksgiving this year due to the pandemic and my prayer is that everyone stays safe, happy, and in the moment. This year, my challenge to you is to survive Thanksgiving without over-indulging. I would like you to really focus on giving thanks and being present with your family, friends, and loved ones instead of focusing on the food.

There is no question that the food at Thanksgiving is good.

TURKEY, STUFFING, GREENS, YAMS, GRAVY, POTATOES, CAKES, PIES...

It is all delicious and I want you to be able to enjoy a little bit of whatever your heart desires. I also want you to feel amazing the next day. Check out this video to learn more about how to help you stay on track and survive Thanksgiving!
