You have two options to get an updated plan:
1) Schedule a follow up session with a coach or Dr. Parkes (this will give you the most individualized plan & is the best option if your plan hasn't been updated in the last 6 months or if something new has come up since your last session)
2) Fill out a brief form to get an updated supplement plan based on your previous plan (this is the best option if your health hasn't changed or you've had a session in the last 6 months)
